Aman Rajabali
Aman
Rajabali has over 25 years of extensive and in-depth experience in Human
Resource Management and Management Consulting.
He
has worked with several organizations, including Ocean Agro India and Maxworth
Orchards India in Baroda & Pune respectively, whose HR departments he set
up and headed.
He was then frequently approached by top tier organisations to provide his specialized
consulting services in the fields of HR Services, Training and Executive
Search.
Armed with this rich experience, in 1998, he set up his own firm, Kabir Profile Solutions, which has been advising corporates on HR Management functions, specializing in, but not restricted to Consulting, Executive Search/Recruitment, and Training. His list of clients includes several Fortune 500 companies from India, Bahrain, Dubai, Thailand, Africa and UK.
Aman has also been conducting sessions on Personality Assessments, Interviews, Group Discussions, Induction, Career & Skills Enhancement and Coaching workshops for postgraduate students of several institutes. He has mentored and facilitated training for more than 1850 professionals in Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, and Bhavnagar.
In
his 20 years of active involvement with the National HRD Network (Pune
Chapter), he has been its General Secretary and the Vice President,
contributing vigorously to significantly improve its prominence and reach in
the HR fraternity across India.
Additionally,
he is very active in social, HR and management associations, like NHRDN, NIPM, ISTD,
PMA, MCCIA, BEF, CCI, and QCFI, Pune.
He
completed his graduation in Psychology from Fergusson College, PG Diploma in HR
Management from IMDR, and holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from
IndSearch, University of Pune. He also holds a Diploma in Labour Laws and
Business Management.
